When approached by a client with very specific requirements for a mining operation, our team jumped at the opportunity. The task was clear: design a packaged water heater system capable of delivering a significant volume of hot water. We knew our versatile Signature CR, an instantaneous circulation water heater, was the right product for the job. With careful consideration of flow rate, temperature rise, voltage, and phase requirements, we designed the system to meet all the needs of the application.

Powerful Specs

What we came up with isn't an off-the-shelf solution; it's a testament to our problem-solving. With four heating chambers and two electrical enclosures, this CR is a powerhouse on a skid. It was built with a 1600 kW capacity and capable of heating 90 gallons of water per minute from 40°F to 160°F.
